Below are the scholarships to be awarded.  Each Scholarship is for $1,000.  In order to be considered for the scholarship listed, you must complete the application and also complete the requirement for the specific scholarship you are applying for.

  • Jack Kearney Memorial Scholarship for Athletics
  • SEF Local Citizenship Scholarship
  • SEF Academic Excellence in Alternative Pursuits

Recipients of the Somers Educational Foundation Scholarship must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a graduating senior from Somers High School
  • Complete the application and be postmarked by April 10, 2012 and mailed to:
  • Somers Educational Foundation Scholarship Committee
  • P.O. Box 401, Somers, NY 10589
  • (Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.)
  • GPA is not a primary factor in the decision of these scholarship awards.

You may apply for more than one scholarship; however, an individual will only be awarded one scholarship.
